Spectrophotometer
 The Model
OMA-406 Process Analyzer fits in a standard 19” rack and
is functionally identical to the OMA-300, which is typically housed in
an explosion proof enclosure. The analyzer contains no moving parts and
is designed to address on-line applications that require fast, reliable,
and maintenance-free monitoring of concentrations, including both
single and multi-components.

analyzer TLG-837:
Accurate measurements of hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, COS
& CS2 concentrations as well as the air demand ratio for
control. Incorporating a diode array industrial spectrophotometer to
measures the complete spectrum of the process gas stream instantaneously
and continuously. The analyzer’s design adheres to the principle of no
moving parts and no sample lines in sulfur recovery applications. A
demister (“cold finger”) probe is used for in-situ measurements. The
setup requires very low maintenance, benefiting from the innovative
in-situ probe. The probe is designed to draw a continuous sample
into its body, and remove the sulfur vapor. This is done by a “cold
finger” which condenses the sulfur out of the gas in a controlled
manner, and an aspirator which draws the sample into the sample chamber,
and returns it to the process line.
