Mums in Science http://www.mumsinscience.net/blog This site has been designed as a portal for busy mums who work or have worked in any aspect of science. Too many women leave science altogether due to the constraints of motherhood. Many others struggle to work part time, at the expense of advancing their career. More still change their career to fit in with their children whilst still working within some area of science. Our aims are :- - to create a community to provide mutual support, - to provide information to those who have the challenge of bringing up children and maintaining a career in science, whether full or part time, or outside mainstream science, such as in scientific journalism. en-us Fri, 05 Sep 2008 13:00:48 +0100 Main Page Blogware Dr Claire Morgan Returning to science after a career break? http://www.mumsinscience.net/blog/_archives/2008/6/11/3739208.html http://www.mumsinscience.net/blog/_archives/2008/6/11/3739208.html Wed, 11 Jun 2008 13:26:44 +0100 EuroSciCon are holding a meeting on 7th November 2008 for women who have taken a career break and wish to return to science.
