Krachtenbundeling in de Nederlandse watersector
Het Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP) is een publiek-private netwerkorganisatie die opereert als onafhankelijk coördinatie- en informatiepunt voor de Nederlandse watersector. Doel is tot een zeer goed georganiseerd Nederlands waternetwerk te komen. Het NWP stimuleert samenwerking en afstemming tussen de relevante partijen in de Nederlandse watersector. Hierdoor levert Nederland een grotere bijdrage aan oplossingen voor de internationale waterproblematiek en versterkt Nederland haar positie op de internationale watermarkt. Voor binnen- en buitenland is het NWP het centrale aanspreekpunt voor informatie over de Nederlandse watersector. Deelnemers van het NWP zijn overheden, kennisinstellingen, bedrijven en maatschappelijke instellingen. Het NWP faciliteert innovaties in delta- en watertechnologie, organiseert marktbewerking, handelsmissies en beurzen, zorgt voor het uitwisselen van informatie en nieuws en voert, samen met de EVD, het programma Partners voor Water uit.
Deelnemerschap van het NWP staat open voor alle Nederlandse instellingen en organisaties die direct of indirect te maken hebben met internationale activiteiten op watergebied.

Aquaterra 2009: Managing and developing Deltas and Coasts
Van 10 - 12 februari 2009 vindt in de RAI Amsterdam de tweede editie plaats van Aquaterra; de internationale conferentie en expositie op het gebied van Deltatechnologie. Het NWP ondersteunt, met financiering uit het programma Partners voor Water, Aquaterra bij de programma ontwikkeling en de inrichting van een 'Aquaterra Pavilion' op de beursvloer....
